1. Information we collect
We collect the information needed to provide and secure Hooklane:
- Account information, such as your name, email address and sign-in identifier.
- Content and settings you submit, including prompts, images, slideshows, automations and schedules.
- Information from accounts you connect, including account identifiers, permissions, publishing settings and available post analytics.
- Billing records and transaction details supplied by our payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser information, request logs, timestamps and error records.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate Hooklane, authenticate accounts, create and store content, run automations, publish actions you request, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information or use your content to advertise third-party products to you.
3. Connected services
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Hooklane to use the permissions you approve for the features you choose. For TikTok, this may include reading permitted account or post information and uploading or publishing content at your direction. We do not use connected accounts to like, follow or comment on your behalf.
You can disconnect a service in Hooklane or through that service's account settings. Your use of a connected service remains subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
4. When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help operate Hooklane, with connected platforms when you direct us to act, when required by law, to protect Hooklane or its users, or as part of a business transfer. Sharing is limited to the information reasonably needed for that purpose.
5. Storage, retention and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Deleted information may remain briefly in backups or logs before normal deletion cycles complete.
6. Cookies and analytics
Hooklane uses cookies or local storage needed for sign-in, security and application state. We may use limited analytics to understand product use and reliability.
7. Your choices
You may update account settings, revoke connected-service access or request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Rights vary by location.
