1. The service
Hooklane provides tools for creating, managing, scheduling, downloading and publishing photo slideshows and related content. Features may change, and third-party integrations may become unavailable or impose their own limits.
Hooklane does not guarantee publication, approval, reach, engagement, revenue or any other result on TikTok or another platform.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and be legally able to agree to these Terms.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
- You are responsible for team members and social accounts you connect to Hooklane.
- Report unauthorized use to support@hooklane.social.
3. Plans, credits and payments
Paid plans, billing periods, included credits and prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Hooklane. Credits may be restored when a generation fails because of a verified Hooklane error. Completed or AI-generated results are not refundable solely because you dislike the output.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and outputs created for your account. You grant Hooklane a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and perform actions you request.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed for images, text, trademarks, music and other material you use. Images or links discovered through Hooklane are provided as-is and are not a guarantee of ownership, licence or suitability for commercial use.
5. Connected platforms
Connecting a platform authorizes Hooklane to use approved permissions for the features you select. You remain responsible for reviewing content, publishing settings, required disclosures and compliance with the connected platform's terms and policies.
Hooklane is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, content decisions, account restrictions or enforcement actions.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Hooklane to break the law, violate third-party rights, distribute harmful or deceptive content, spread malware, bypass usage or security controls, interfere with the service, access another person's account without permission, or resell Hooklane without written approval.
7. Service changes and availability
Hooklane is provided on an “as available” basis. We may add, change, limit, suspend or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. We may set reasonable limits needed for security, reliability, cost or third-party requirements.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, security risk, legal requirements or conduct likely to harm Hooklane, its users or third parties. You may stop using Hooklane and request account deletion at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hooklane disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost reach, lost data, platform enforcement or losses caused by third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hooklane's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Hooklane during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
10. General terms
If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, financing, sale or reorganization.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
